Program Description
The CAAP International Development Program offers immersive, hands-on international experiences designed to accelerate talent development, foster knowledge sharing across operations, and strengthen our #ONETEAM culture.
This program is exclusive to employees of Corporación América Airports.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Ideal candidates are those with a passion for leadership, a commitment to learning, and the adaptability to thrive in diverse, cross-cultural settings. Successful candidates will demonstrate potential for growth and show a strong development of CAAP’s capabilities:
- Cognitive Capabilities: An aptitude for critical thinking, problem-solving, and innovative approaches. Candidates should demonstrate the ability to analyze challenges and drive creative solutions.
- Digital Capabilities: Proficiency in relevant digital tools and adaptability to new technologies, reflecting CAAP’s commitment to staying future-ready.
- Social Capability: Strong interpersonal skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to inspire and work effectively within diverse teams, fostering the #ONETEAM culture.
Application Submission
- Information about the program will be shared through local communication channels, along with a global webinar for Q&A.
- Applications must be submitted via the designated online platform; no external submissions will be accepted.
Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates must be an employee of any of CAAP’s Subsidiaries, with a minimum of 12 months lenght of service, not on leave for personal or health reasons.
- Demonstrate solid performance and a strong desire for professional growth.
- Free of disciplinary actions or legal proceedings.
- Not in an executive role (directors or equivalent).
- Have a valid passport and meet visa requirements for the host country.
Selection Criteria
- Expertise: Relevant experience for the project applied for.
- Language Skills: English proficiency required; fluency in the host country’s language is advantageous.
- Overall Profile: Evaluated through technical and psychometric tests, plus individual interviews.
